At POOJA ESSENTIALS (Manokamana Company), customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during transit

The wrong product has been delivered

The product is defective or expired

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of spiritual and consumable products, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Products without original packaging


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong products, customers may choose:

A replacement product, or

A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
